The Northwest Jazz Band Festival
|
Mt. Hood Community College will host its 39th Northwest Jazz Band Festival this year!
The festival features high school and middle school big bands and combos. All ensembles receive constructive feedback from adjudicators and may elect to perform for comments only or ratings. The unique aspect of this festival is that each year, we feature a guest artist and clinician that performs throughout the day for your students and holds clinics that will expose your students to professional insight and knowledge. The day culminates with a showcase performance by members of the Mt. Hood Music Program and this year's guest artist, Dominick Farinacci! |
Save the date!
The 40th Northwest Jazz Band Festival will be held on Saturday, May 5th, 2018 and will feature guest artist Terell Stafford!
